‘t Zand is located between the rivers Dommel and Dieze and the railway tracks running through Central Station. It has more than 2,500 residents with different backgrounds, lifestyles, ages, income levels and religions. Our neighbourhood is also home to more than 100 different types of companies and cultural organisations. There is also a primary school, monastery and various other organisations. All these people, organisations, their employees and volunteers make ‘t Zand the vibrant neighbourhood it has been since 1890!
Zandbewoners has been connecting residents, companies and organisations, with each other and the neighbourhood, for almost 50 years. Together with everyone in ‘t Zand, we are committed to a safe, clean and greener neighbourhood.
