The Zandbewoners neighbourhood association and residents of ‘t Zand could nominate neighbours who deserved to be put in the spotlight with a nice Sinterklaas surprise.

5 residents were nominated and received a surprise, mad by other residents of our neighbourhood.

What?
Neighbours could nominate each other for a Sinterklaas surprise. Some residents were nominated because they could use some encouragement, others because they were thanked for something they did for their neighbours or our neighbourhood.
These beautiful surprises were all made by residents of ‘t Zand, oftentimes for neighbours they had never met before. The crafters themselves decided what they made, what was included in the gift and if they made a poem or not. The surprises were delivered in the week of Sinterklaas.
